Many companies utilize this service as a means of “trying” a potential employee before hiring them. Interviews, oftentimes, don’t always guarantee a fit. This “working interview” will help you choose the right person and alleviate some of the risk in your permanent hiring.
Here’s how it works:
- Our employee works for Westphal Staffing at your company for 480 hours.
- After 480 hours you may hire our employee at no additional cost to your company or our employee
