Identify what’s most important to you.

6. What unique skills do you offer to the marketplace?

Think about what others appreciate in you.

7. What are you most passionate about?

Pinpoint what lights you up, whether at work or in your personal life.

8. What would make your life feel most meaningful?

Consider what would give your work purpose.

9. What kind of impact do you want to have on the world?

Think big—what legacy do you want to leave?

10. Why are you seeking a new job?

Identify the push factors.

11. What’s missing in your current role?

Focus on what your next job needs to offer.

12. What will you miss most about your current job?

Acknowledge what you value now so you can look for this attributes in a new job.

• Example: Will you miss certain job responsibilities, the company culture, or the routine?

13. Who do you want to work with?

Think about the type of customer or colleague you’d prefer.

• Example: Do you enjoy working with patients, internal teams, or directly with customers?

14. What makes you happy at work and at home?

Connect the dots between personal and professional satisfaction.

• Example: If collaboration excites you, seek team-oriented roles.

5. Network and Ask Questions:
   Connect with people in roles that match your themes. Ask about their experiences and advice.
