We’re partnering with a well-established agricultural company seeking a knowledgeable and relationship-driven Sales Agronomist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about agronomy and helping growers improve yield, efficiency, and profitability through science-based solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local growers and agricultural customers
  • Provide agronomic recommendations on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and nutrient management
  • Develop customized crop plans based on soil, weather, and yield data
  • Promote and sell agricultural products and services that support grower success
  • Monitor crop performance and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Stay current on industry trends, product advancements, and precision ag technologies
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in agronomy, crop consulting, or ag sales preferred
  • Strong agronomic knowledge and a genuine interest in helping farmers succeed
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently
