Key Responsibilities Front-Line Banking
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and handling routine financial transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, money orders, and other teller line transactions with accuracy.
- Balance cash drawers daily and follow established security and compliance procedures.
- Identify opportunities to refer banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- (Lead Teller only): Assist with training, coaching, and supporting teller team members; help manage workflow and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash-handling, or financial services experience preferred (required for Lead Teller and ACH Specialist roles).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to learn banking systems and follow strict procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in finance or accounting is a plus.
