You won’t be stuck behind a desk cranking out returns all day. Instead, you’ll collaborate with advisors, work directly with clients, and help guide both individuals and small businesses toward smarter financial futures.
✨ What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll wear a few important hats—strategist, advisor, analyst, and trusted expert. You will:

Partner closely with financial advisors to create integrated tax and financial plans

Deliver proactive tax strategies designed to reduce liability and grow wealth

Prepare and review tax returns for both the firm and its business clients

Oversee payroll, bookkeeping, and financial reporting

Help clients navigate high-level tax topics (capital gains, estate planning, multi-state issues, retirement distributions, etc.)

Present insights during client meetings and translate complex tax rules into clear, actionable guidance

Lead monthly budget discussions and support big-picture decision-making

What You Bring

Active CPA license
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of tax/accounting experience (individual + business)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with QuickBooks, Drake Tax Software, or CRM tools

Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and client service
