This role is ideal for someone who can balance people, policies, and practicality in a fast-moving construction environment.
What You’ll Do

Own and oversee payroll and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality

Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records

Support safety initiatives and HR compliance

Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and the team, including direct support to Tiffany
