We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Safety Coordinator to champion workplace safety, compliance, and employee well-being across multiple departments. This is more than inspections and checklists — this role is about building a proactive safety culture that keeps people protected and operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and implement safety programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and industry standards

Lead OSHA training initiatives and safety awareness programs

Conduct safety audits, inspections, and 6S evaluations

Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective action

Coordinate workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work programs

Facilitate safety committees and first responder programs

Partner with leadership to continuously improve plant safety practices

Observe operations and proactively recommend improvements

You’ll be the go-to safety resource — helping ensure compliance while promoting accountability and awareness across the organization.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Safety, or related field — or equivalent experience

Minimum 2+ years in a safety role (industrial/manufacturing preferred)

Strong knowledge of OSHA and ANSI regulations

Experience leading training and safety initiatives

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Organized, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple priorities
