We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing company that’s all about innovation in the food and dairy industry. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for all things technical — supporting customers, collaborating with product managers, and helping bring new ideas (and flavors!) to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Partnering with Product Managers to support existing customers and uncover new opportunities

Diving into research to build in-depth technical knowledge of our ingredient lineup

Helping customers solve challenges and improve their formulations

Offering product recommendations and supporting product trials

Developing presentations, case studies, and creative ways to share success stories

Acting as a trusted technical resource for the internal sales team
