Technical Support Specialist – Food Ingredients Focus

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing company that’s all about innovation in the food and dairy industry. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for all things technical — supporting customers, collaborating with product managers, and helping bring new ideas (and flavors!) to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Partnering with Product Managers to support existing customers and uncover new opportunities
  • Diving into research to build in-depth technical knowledge of our ingredient lineup
  • Helping customers solve challenges and improve their formulations
  • Offering product recommendations and supporting product trials
  • Developing presentations, case studies, and creative ways to share success stories
  • Acting as a trusted technical resource for the internal sales team
What We’re Looking For:
  • A curious mind and a knack for solving problems
  • Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy helping others succeed
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Comfort juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A background in food or dairy science (or experience in food/beverage manufacturing) is a big plus!
