We're recruiting for a Title Operations Specialist with a well-established local company that has been serving Central Wisconsin for generations. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys investigative work, critical thinking, and ensuring every detail is accurate.
This is not your typical data entry role. Every day involves researching property records, reviewing legal descriptions, tracing ownership history, and helping ensure real estate transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. The process may be similar, but every property tells a different story.
What You'll Be Doing
- Researching legal descriptions and property ownership records
- Reviewing and entering title information with a high degree of accuracy
- Assisting with title commitments, reports, and final policies
- Proofreading documents and performing quality checks before delivery
- Reviewing AI-generated title data for accuracy and completeness
- Communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person when needed
- Assisting with front desk coverage and general office support as needed
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding property ownership, financial information, and legal records

- Highly detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently in a focused office environment
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to identify errors, solve problems, and think critically
