Westphal Staffing is partnering with a well-established Central Wisconsin company looking for a Controls Engineer to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and seeing projects come to life in the field.
What you'll be doing:
- Design control panels and electrical schematics
- Program PLCs and HMIs
- Troubleshoot industrial control systems
- Work with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and FactoryTalk
- Collaborate with engineers, Project Managers, clients, and vendors
- Support project start-ups and field commissioning
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR Associate degree + 5 years of related experience
- Strong electrical and networking knowledge
- PLC hardware/software and configuration experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
