In this role, you'll play an important part in bringing projects to life by preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project plans, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure competitive pricing and successful project execution.
What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for precast concrete products and custom projects.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project costs.

Calculate material, labor, equipment, freight, and production expenses.

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to develop competitive quotes.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and help improve estimating processes.

Manage multiple bids and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
What We're Looking For:

3–5 years of estimating experience in construction, manufacturing, precast concrete, or a related industry preferred.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Experience with quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and estimating.

Strong Excel skills; experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, ERP systems, or estimating software is a plus.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

A detail-oriented team player who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively.
Experience in precast concrete is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates with estimating experience in other construction or manufacturing environments!
