What’s involved / how does this process work?
Westphal Staffing is a staffing and recruitment company that helps companies and candidates find each other – essentially a job matching service. For candidates that means an in-depth interview about work history and fit preferences.
Do you help me with my resume?
We can give you tips and analyze what you currently have, but we do not offer a resume writing service at this time.
Do I, as a prospective candidate, have to pay for this service?
No. You will never have to pay a fee for our services.
What types of positions do you have available?
We specialize in office and professional staffing and recruiting. Any position that can be done in an office or professional setting is our specialty.
Is my salary/pay the same as it would be if I were a full-time employee?
Yes. You are paid commensurate to your experience.
As a candidate of Westphal Staffing, is there a contract I need to sign?
No, there are no contracts for our employees or candidates.
What if I don’t want to work as a temporary?
That’s okay. We offer direct hire/search and temp-to-hire staffing which will offer you 2 alternatives to the traditional temporary help.
I have applied in the past and no one contacted me.
Westphal Staffing uses an applicant tracking system by which all of your skills, wants and needs are documented. We are working in this system daily to assure our clients get the best possible candidates. If you haven’t heard back, feel free to call us to inquire.
Who are your clients?
Great question. We have worked with the area’s finest employers. When we agree you’d be the best fit, we will give you the name of the client at that time.
Are all your positions posted online?
No, they are not. We receive confidential opportunities frequently.
