Westphal Staffing is partnering with a respected collision repair center to hire a Business Office Manager. This position reports directly to ownership and oversees accounting, payroll, HR administration, and office operations.
Position Overview
The Business Office Manager is responsible for financial reporting, payroll coordination, HR processes, and operational financial support to ensure smooth daily operations and strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable

Post payments and reconcile bank/credit card accounts

Prepare weekly and monthly financial and KPI reports

Support month-end close and P&L review

Coordinate and process payroll, including benefits and deductions

Close and review repair orders for financial accuracy

Prepare operational performance reports

Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration

Ensure compliance with Wisconsin labor regulations

Maintain QuickBooks, payroll, and shop management systems (CCC preferred)
Qualifications
-
3–5+ years of accounting, office management, or HR experience

Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
-
QuickBooks experience required
-
Payroll system experience required
-
Automotive or service industry experience preferred
