We’re looking for Customer Service Phone Agents to join a dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others over the phone and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Agents will handle inbound calls for industries such as medical offices, service companies, property management, and law offices.
What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual candidates a plus

Customer service or healthcare experience helpful but not required
Schedule & Hours:

Full-time, part-time, and split-shift options
-
Full-Time Shifts: 6–2, 7–3, 10–6, 12–8, 2–10

Split Shifts: 6–10 AM & 4–8 PM

Part-Time & Weekend Options: 4–8 PM, 6–10 AM, 6–12 PM, 7–11 AM

Mandatory weekends: every Saturday or Sunday, or every other Saturday and Sunday
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay based on experience and shift: $15–$18/hr (higher for weekends and bilingual)
