Customer Service Representative (Teller/CSR) – Wausau Area
Full-Time | $18–19/hour

Westphal Staffing is partnering with a community-focused financial institution to hire two full-time Customer Service Representatives (Teller/CSR) in the Wausau area. This role will rotate between three Central Wisconsin locations: Wausau, Rothschild, and Mosinee. Previous teller experience is preferred, but strong customer service experience is also welcome.

Position Overview:
Provide exceptional customer service while accurately processing customer transactions and supporting daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Balance and maintain a cash drawer
Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information
Promote and cross-sell products and services
Assist with customer inquiries and refer as needed
Image documents and perform basic filing
Work collaboratively as part of the customer service team
Follow all security and confidentiality policies

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED
Previous teller or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Comfort using computers and a 10-key calculator
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

Full-time during normal business hours
Saturday mornings required
Standing required for most of the workday
Work performed in a branch setting
