This is a 3-month contract assignment (with the possibility of extension or even a permanent opportunity) supporting a large organization with employee relations investigations, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and leader coaching.
What You'll Do:
- Investigate employee relations issues and workplace concerns
- Advise leaders on performance, conduct, and policy matters
- Assess risk and recommend solutions
- Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes
- Partner with HR, Legal, and leadership teams on sensitive situations
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of Employee Relations, HR, Labor Relations, or Investigations experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
