As the HR Coordinator, you'll wear a variety of hats—from recruiting and onboarding new employees to maintaining employee records, coordinating orientations, and supporting safety initiatives. You'll play a key role in helping build and support a workforce of over 100 employees in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for labor and driver positions
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Assist with safety initiatives and HR administration
- Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR needs
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people
- Has HR experience or a degree in Human Resources (new graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Has experience or an interest in construction, transportation, landscaping, home building, or other hands-on industries
- Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment
