Family-owned construction company of about 90 employees looking for an HR Specialist who thrives in a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on payroll and room to grow into HR leadership. This role is ideal for someone who can balance people, policies, and practicality in a fast-moving construction environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and oversee payroll and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records
  • Support safety initiatives and HR compliance
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and the team, including direct support to Tiffany
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong payroll experience (must-have)
  • Broad HR generalist background
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Resourceful, loyal, and comfortable working in the gray
  • Thick skin and the ability to work within a construction mentality
