Westphal Staffing is partnering with a community-focused financial institution to hire a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Teller/CSR) in the Wausau area. This position will rotate between three Central Wisconsin branch locations: Wausau, Rothschild, and Mosinee.
Previous teller experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong customer service experience and cash-handling backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Balance and maintain a cash drawer

Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information

Promote and cross-sell financial products and services

Assist with customer inquiries and provide appropriate referrals

Image documents and perform basic filing tasks

Collaborate with team members to support branch operations

Follow all security procedures and compliance guidelines
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Previous teller or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and professionalism

Comfortable using computers and a 10-key calculator

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
-
Flexible schedule averaging 20–25 hours per week

Primarily lunch coverage shifts (10:00 AM–2:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM)

Two Saturdays per month required (9:00 AM–12:00 PM)

Standing required for most of the workday

Work performed in a branch environment
