We're partnering with a growing manufacturer seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives and help deliver exceptional products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to make a real difference.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve product quality
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales to solve quality challenges
- Develop and monitor quality metrics while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Train and mentor employees on quality processes and best practices
We're looking for someone who has:
- Manufacturing quality experience
- A passion for continuous improvement and process optimization
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, or process improvement methodologies is a plus
