What You'll Do:
- Lead workplace safety programs and OSHA compliance
- Conduct safety training, inspections, and audits
- Investigate incidents and implement preventative solutions
- Partner with leaders and employees to promote a culture of safety
- Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work efforts
- Champion continuous improvement across the organization
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing safety or EHS
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for helping others stay safe
