We’re partnering with a well-established agricultural company seeking a knowledgeable and relationship-driven Sales Agronomist to join their team. What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with local growers and agricultural customers

Provide agronomic recommendations on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and nutrient management

Develop customized crop plans based on soil, weather, and yield data

Promote and sell agricultural products and services that support grower success

Monitor crop performance and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement

Stay current on industry trends, product advancements, and precision ag technologies
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in agronomy, crop consulting, or ag sales preferred

Strong agronomic knowledge and a genuine interest in helping farmers succeed

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently
