Westphal Staffing is partnering with a well-established company in the Marathon, WI area that is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where your analysis won’t just live in a spreadsheet—you’ll help turn data into decisions that impact pricing, margins, and overall business strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Dive into pricing, margins, and profitability to uncover meaningful insights
- Participate in RFQs, quoting, and customer pricing
- Research market and competitive data to help guide pricing decisions
- Assist with forecasting and provide reports and insights to leadership
- Partner with Business Development, Operations, and other teams on financial analysis and KPIs
- Help improve pricing systems, processes, reporting, and overall efficiencies
- Work with SAP data and tackle special projects and ad hoc analysis along the way Sr Pricing Analyst
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of pricing experience
- 5+ years of experience with P&L and margin/price decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and attention to detail
- SAP or another major ERP system is a plus
- Cheese/dairy or CPG industry experience is a bonus! Sr Pricing Analyst
